Gestión de proyectos en la fase de planeación, control y seguimiento para la constructora TR Grupo Empresarial S.A.
Abstract
The work developed consists of the intervention of the project management processes by the construction company TR Grupo Empresarial S.A. The objective is to develop a methodology for project management focused on the planning phase as a solution to the present problem. Additionally, processes that do not belong to the planning phase are involved, but they influence this stage of the projects. As a result of the activities carried out, new project management procedures were obtained to be implemented and some improvements to the current mechanisms, are obtained based on a gap analysis of the current mechanisms and ideal mechanisms for project management. Considering the above, a tool is developed that works for the management of projects in the planning phase Among the main conclusions is that the current mechanisms of the construction company are inefficient, presenting margins to improve in some processes or requiring the creation of new mechanisms, therefore, the implementation of the manual developed in this project is required.
