Abstract
The video presents an introduction to the trigonometric circle, the axis of the abscissa and the ordinates. In addition, applying the Pythagorean theorem to the right triangle, which is formed by taking the radius of the circle as the hypotenuse and an alpha angle with vertex at the origin, deducing the trigonometric identity known as Pythagorean identity. From this, the Pythagorean identity for the tangent is revealed. The domain, scope and period are defined for sine, cosine and tangent functions. The domain of these functions is restricted to obtain the respective inverse functions and its condominium is indicated. Finally, the difference of notation for the inverse function of the sine, cosine, and tangent, and the corresponding multiplicative inverse is clarified
