Perfil de proyecto Centro de Cuido y Educación Preescolar en el Campus Tecnológico local San Carlos

Abstract

This document shows the study carried out to establish the necessary elements for the installation of a preschool care and stimulation center in the Technological of Costa Rica Local Technological Campus San Carlos, for this a Project Profile was developed. In order to carry out this study, it was prepared under a quantitative approach with a descriptive scope, a market analysis was carried out, as well as the technical and operational aspects necessary for the center to operate with complete normality on the Campus, in the same way, several numerical calculations were made in order to determine the costs that the Center would have to incur in order for it to function, this resulted in the projection of cash flows and other financial statements. The elaboration of a Project Profile is very useful for the Care Center, since it provides all the strategic aspects necessary to be able to be competitive in the market, in addition to the profile that the potential clients of the Center in order to effectively perform the positioning of the Center. In addition, the plan developed provides the essential technical aspects to determine the costs that the Care Center must incur to offer and sell its services to the market.
