Abstract
En el video se presentan dos trucos de magia basados en matemáticas. En el primero se muestra un algoritmo de pasos que al ser realizados por un participante, le permite al mago adivinar el día de su fecha de cumpleaños. El segundo truco presenta unas tarjetas mágicas con las cuales el mago es capaz de adividar un número pensado por el participante. En el video se hace énfasis del poder de los números y algoritmos para hacernos ilusiones que parecen ser mágicas. Two math-based magic tricks are presented in the video. The first shows an algorithm of steps that, when carried out by a participant, allows the magician to guess the day of his birthday. The second trick presents magic cards with which the magician is able to guess a number thought by the participant. The video emphasizes the power of numbers and algorithms to create illusions that seem to be magical.
