Our main focus is to motivate the reader for the study of particle systems and for the reader to understand, in a more or less heuristic and intuitive way, the deduction of partial differential equations through underlying microscopic systems with probabilistic dynamics. For this, we are going to use the model called symmetric simple exclusion process in contact with reservoirs. The partial differential equation involved is the heat equation with Dirichlet conditions.Nuestro principal foco consiste en motivar al lector para el estudio de los sistemas de partículas y que el lector entienda, de forma más o menos heurística e intuitiva, la deducción de ecuaciones diferenciales parciales a través de sistemas microscópicos subyacentes con dinámicas probabilistas. Para esto vamos a utilizar el modelo llamado proceso de exclusión simple simétrico que está en contacto con depósitos de partículas. Y la ecuación diferencial parcial involucrada es la  ecuación de calor con condiciones de Dirichlet.
