Programa de sustitución de equipo móvil y manual de evaluación de servicios externos.

Abstract

El presente estudio se realizó en la empresa Productos de Concreto S.A, consta de dos proyectos, uno administrativo y el otro técnico. El primero consiste en un manual de evaluación de servicios externos y proveedores. El segundo proyecto se refiere a la elaboración de un modelo para la sustitución del equipo móvil. Con el primer proyecto se busca crear una herramienta que permita elegir servicios externos y proveedores a partir de criterios objetivos y controlar la calidad de los servicios prestados. Para llegar a cumplir tales objetivos, se utilizarán como herramientas: la encuesta y la entrevista a personal de la empresa y la revisión de documentación relacionada con el tema. Se espera tener una herramienta ágil de control. Con el segundo proyecto, se espera establecer un marco de decisión para sustituir el actual equipo móvil. Se compararán los costos actuales contra las opciones de compra directa, alquiler o leasing. Se elaborará un listado de las características técnicas que el equipo debe cumplir. Para realizar lo propuesto, se entrevistará al personal técnico de la compañía, se hará una revisión de los datos históricos de los equipos y se realizará trabajo de campo para determinar las cargas. Se espera tener un marco de referencia para tomar una decisión definitiva en cuanto al futuro del equipo de la empresa.

The present study will consist of two projects, the one administrative and other technician. The first one, it consists of a manual of evaluation of external services and suppliers. The second one, talks about to the elaboration of a model for the substitution of the movable equipment. With the first project, one looks for to create a tool that allows to choose the external services and suppliers from objective criteria and to control the quality of served. In order to get to fulfill such objectives, they will be used like tools: the survey and the interview to personnel of the company and the revision of documentation related to the subject. It is hoped to have an agile tool of control. With the second project, it is hoped to establish the parameters necessary to carry out the substitution of the movable equipment of the company (forklift and shippers). In order to obtain it, the costs will be determined that imply to maintain the equipment in operation during an interval of seven months, to compare it with the cost that implies to acquire equipment under the modalities of direct purchase, rent and operative leasing. It will be used like tool, the interview with technical personnel of the company, the revision of documentation related to the equipment. It is hoped to have a reference frame to make a definitive decision as far as the future from the equipment of the company.
