Plan de Gestión para la Administración del Proyecto Condominio CasasVita Los Arcos
Abstract
The Management Plan for the Administration of
the Condominium CasasVita Los Arcos Project is
a manual that brings together different
methodologies of project management accepted
by the organization CasasVita SA, methodologies
mentioned in the plan were drawn from the
PMBOK ® Guide and aim guide the project
manager and his team working on the project life
cycle phases.
The plan includes the areas of integration, time,
costs, communication, quality, human resources
and risks, proposing which is the necessary
information to start the processes; also, there are
included some techniques that could be used to
execute the processes; the templates and formats
are recommended to manage the information
generated in each process.
The document contains tools and documents
created for controlling project information,
including the database called Control de
Permisología, the Work Breakdown Structure and
the Guide Schedule and Budget preparation.
Through the Management Plan it was possible to
identify the deficiencies on the planning stages of
the Project Condominio CasasVita Los Arcos;
including the coordination lack while meeting the
objectives between departments and the absence
of a work structure. The problems found do not
allow that the human resources to be used
efficiently and it causes a rethink which increase
the cost of the product end.
For the project success it is important to
complement the management plan with the
execution, control monitoring and closing process
groups in order to involve them in the activities
that have not been develop.
