Elaboración y desarrollo del plan de proyecto para el Banco Nacional en Pozos de Santa Ana

Abstract

This graduation project comprise a project plan to satisfy client’s need, a building construction, accomplishing the requisites of range, time, cost, quality, human resource, purchases, and contracts, security, communication, risks and constructive logistic, to harbour an agency of Banco Nacional, located in Pozos de Santa Ana. This project plan is composed by at least ten important areas of knowledge like:  Range (detailed structure of work)  Program  Budget  Quality  Human resource  Purchases  Security  Risks  Constructive logistic The constructive plans were deeply studied to detach project’s range, programming, estimating, identifying, and designing how to achieve quality requisites, to assure human resource, to define budgets and relevant contracts, and proposing applicable security procedures. Additionally, proposing communication formats among responsibles, identifying risks by brainstorming and / or similar projects, proposing the constructive logistic according to place design. In conclusion, the manufacture of a project plan will help to accomplish the main objective of the project, generally defined in words of range, program and cost.
