Abstract

The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) are a big help in the management of municipal roads. This Work beginning with a brief description of GIS, soon they show a graphics data base. The graphic data is a supplied for many institutions or make for the author. It makes a capture of alphanumeric data, the fix of data and use of Access XP forms for fix the data. The general inventory show data of general characteristics or rural road, the data is analyzed graphical results. The inventory specific is with a collection of socioeconomic data. Together make prioriting system of roads. The areas of influence of roads proposed, is analyzed from the theme of use of soil. The system of priority show the Annual Operating Plan, based in the quantity of money give for government in the 8114 law. This theme is a main object in the project. The themes generated for the Arc View 3.3 there are comparing for the method of MOPT to analyzed condition of a way.
