Propuesta de Marco de Trabajo para el Estudio Sistémico de Riesgos en Proyectos.
Abstract
This project was an investigation of two concepts, the first project management
as the proposed PMI in PMBOK and the other, systemic thinking, which are
studied situations (problems) as a system and observe their behavior (as well as
their variables) in time. Through this research found a way to combine both
concepts into one new: the Causal Study of Project Risks.
This new concept comes from a void found by applying the principles of systemic
thinking to the processes of risk management area of knowledge of PMBoK, in
which, as noted, are not studied in depth the causes of risks, in order to find
relationships between them and generate a model which displays all the risks and
how they interact.
The framework developed aims to make use of systemic thinking through the
causal study of each project risk and find the relationship of the same by the
search for causes (or variables) shared (or common), this creates a risk that the
director can more efficiently manage projects, complemented by other processes
in the risk management area of knowledge of PMI.
This framework can be viewed as a process, which complements the already
established processes within the process management; this paper proposes an
aggregation of the same to this area, so that the project manager has a tool for
an efficient risk management.
