Abstract
Corea del Sur se ha convertido en líder mundial gracias al desarrollo de políticas públicas y al desarrollo de gobierno electrónico. Han mejorado varios servicios públicos y han desarrollado proyectos mundiales de cooperación para reducir la brecha digital.
 
South Korea has become a global leader thanks to the development of public policies and the development of e-government. They have improved several public services and developed global cooperation projects to bridge the digital divide.
