Medición y mejoramiento de la productividad en la colocación de obra falsa, el montaje de elementos prefabricados y colado de entrepiso del condominio vertical residencial Q-BO
Abstract
This project consist was conducted in the building of the vertical residence condominium Q-BO, in charge of the construction company “HSolís”, which has more than 20 levels of apartments and an outbuilding to be used for parking and consisted in the measurement and improvement of productivity in the construction of a concrete slab, including processes such as placement of falsework, assembly of beams and prefabricated slabs, and casting of concrete.
A work sampling was performed in the north and the south tower in order to obtain percentages of productivity, through the crew balance technique, and labor yields for the construction processes mention before, allowing the discovery that there is no relation between the two values.
The labor yield values obtained were included in a database system that allows you to query the stored information and perform calculations of the cost of labor. Also, it allows you to enter new project information, new activities and construction processes, and the modifying of information previously entered to replace it statistically more reliable data.
In addition, observations and the implementation of a survey to workers involved in the process allowed to determine the factors that affected productivity. It was found that the disorder in the workplace, the erroneous delivery of materials and the large quantity of time invested in transporting them are the main causes of low productivity
The factors above helped build an Ishikawa diagram and propose solutions to improve productivity.
