Actualización del manual de procedimientos del Departamento de Control Interno de la Municipalidad de San Carlos

Abstract

The main objective of this project is to update the different procedure manuals for the Internal Control Department and the Information Technologies and Communication Department of the Municipality of San Carlos for the period 2019. In addition, it is proposed to analyze the procedures that are carried out in the department of Internal Control, through a documentary analysis to discuss the current situation of the department by using it as a tool of data collection the interview which was applied to the various officials who make up part of the Internal Control department of the Municipality of San Carlos and then we proceeded to do an análisis of this information, through the use of the array of Feedback, that took the step to generate the procedures proposal. Finally, when the necessary information was available, 18 procedures were updated, including eight processes and ten sub-processes, of which two sub-processes were completely new. All the procedures were diagrammed in a software called Bizagi according to what was established by Internal Control, most of the procedures present changes in the applicable regulations as they were outdated based on current regulations and changes in the execution and development of activities in order to contribute to productivity and efficiency in the implementation of processes.
