The present study analyses the evolution of COVID-19 from its origin in Wuhan, China, by studying the data provided by virtual platforms to compare China situation with the world context up to 14/04/2022. In addition, four hypotheses of the origin of SARS-CoV-2 were addressed, according to the report of the World Health Organization (WHO) in February and March 2021 in Chinese territory. The progress in vaccination in the Chinese population was also determined, with the immunizers produced by Chinese scientists, which reached 88.02% as of 04/11/2022. In addition to this, the “zero tolerance” policy against COVID-19 was analysed. Finally, three scenarios were established: one positive, the second in the middle and the third catastrophic, so that the Chinese health authorities manage the future of the economic and social health crisis of COVID-19 in 2022 and 2023.El presente estudio analiza la evolución de la COVID-19 desde su origen en Wuhan, China, mediante el estudio de los datos aportados por las plataformas virtuales con el propósito de establecer comparaciones de la República Popular China, en el contexto mundial al 14/04/2022. Además, se abordaron las cuatro hipótesis del origen del SARS-CoV-2, según el informe de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) en febrero y marzo del 2021 en territorio chino. También se determinó el avance en la vacunación en la población China, con los inmunizantes producidos por los científicos chinos, la cual alcanzó 88,02% al 11/04/2022. Aunado a esto, se analizó la política de “tolerancia cero” contra la Covid-19. Por último, se establecieron tres escenarios: uno positivo, el segundo en medio y el tercero el catastrófico, para que las autoridades de salud China, manejen el futuro de la crisis sanitaria económica y social de la Covid-19 en el 2022 y el 2023.
