This paper is related with the holistic analize, towards the international experience and the new activities will be development by the actual universities, to achieve the integration the new information and communications technology and the transformations in the e-learnings and presentials institutions.Este trabajo consiste en un análisis holístico, basado en la experiencia actual internacional, de las actividades por desarrollar por las universidades presenciales, con miras al logro de una integración respecto de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y la transformación en relación con las instituciones bimodales.
