Abstract

The practice is focused on the design of engineering Horizontal Residential Condominium Hacienda Puente de Piedra, located in Grecia. Which has 40 subsidiaries farms, gardens, security, and a wide area of protection intended to give users a quiet, surrounded by nature and healthy. The project arises from the need of the company Geotec SA consultants to carry out the design using the AutoCAD Civil 3D tool to reduce design time and calculations. The project has the vertical and horizontal geometric design of the condominium, fractionation, playground design, storm sewer design, water system, design of an irrigation canal, 3D terrain models, calculation of volumes of movement land and some important details such as: pavement type, street type section, details of the stormwater system, etc..
