Análisis y diseño de losas para fundación

Abstract

The subject of the present project is slab Analysis and design for foundation This it consists of a program that helps to the analysis and the design of slabs for foundation, developed in the language of Visual Basic.Net 2003. The primary target of this project consisted of elaborating a computacional tool for the analysis and design of slabs for foundation, that fulfills the requirements that establish the Code of Layings of foundations of Costa Rica and the Seismic Code of Costa Rica 2002. The program considers the following aspects: the last capacity of support of the ground, the area required by a slab, the establishments in the ground, the stability of structure and the design of slabs and beams of mooring. Thus, the result of this study was a program simple but able to make the basic calculations related to the subject, considering the effective norms in Costa Rica.
