Implementación en procesos constructivos de métodos de calidad utilizados a nivel industrial

Abstract

This work is of nature investigative and I practice, the same one treats on a diagnosis of the qualities processes that they are applied to constructive level in building firms of housings in series, to implement procedures of control that normally are applied in industrial processes of massive production. In spite of applying this type of methodologies, there is tried to obtain a new way of handling projects of construction, trying to do the activities with the minor quantity of necessary resources and with(in spite of) the minor quantity of products in inventories, looking that these contribute value to the project, which gives as result a decrease of losses or wastes of resources. The center of attention of this project is going to be basically the losses produced in the constructive processes. Initially there will be identified those activities that show major(bigger) frequency of occurrence, the above mentioned activities will be evaluated in a sample of 5 houses of the project Lilia Condominium of the company Vivicon S.A. This compilation of information will serve to locate graphically by means of methods very used in industrial control (Classification ABC, Pareto's graph) the reasons and the effects that they present in a problematic activity in its processes. The interpretation of this information, it will propitiate(cause) to elaborating offers of improvement to avoid losses in the constructive processes, also it will be possible to create tools of monitoring and control of procedures of the problematic activities that eventually will help the governing engineer to evaluate that the quality of the processes is the suitable one.
