The present research project was developed in the Company Constructora Estructuras S.A., with the main objective of strengthening the project management of the Company, using "Good Management Practices", to turn it into a more efficient and competitive Company. The research methodology used was applied and descriptive, through the use of different techniques, including questionnaires, interviews and documentary review. The company's engineering personnel were interviewed, that is, those who, because of their role in the organization, participate directly in the Management of the Company's Projects. As part of the findings found in the current situation, it is determined that the Company has a very empirical project management culture based on the knowledge and skills of each Project Director and the Project Manager of the Company; In addition, there are few or no procedures, templates and project management tools. Within the investigated "Good Practices" of Management we can mention the technique Last Planner System, which is used for planning and control of the times of the project. The Earned Value technique that serves to control the costs of the project by integrating the scope, time and cost. Finally, a project management proposal is included for the improvement of the administration of the Company's projects, through the implementation of procedures, templates, and tools to manage the knowledge area of the Integration, Scope, Time, Cost and Communications.
