|dc.description.abstract||The Rural Electrification Cooperative Los Santos Limitada (COOPESANTOS, RL), was founded on Sunday, January 17, 1965, due to the need to supply electricity to the inhabitants of this region, thereby contributing to the economic growth of a region that bases its economy on the production of coffee.
The project was born due to the need that currently exists in the Energy Direction regarding the maintenance management of the distribution lines, where deficiencies are found in the way work is executed, in how the results obtained are measured and actions of improvement are proposed.
The proposal consists in the design of a Maintenance Management Model based Balanced Integral Scorecard, which offers an integrated structure that goes beyond the financial factor, including customer satisfaction, execution of internal processes, learning and staff growth; All of this adapted to the real needs of the Department of Energy Distribution of Coopesantos, R.L., which offers the necessary tools to diagnose, prioritize, plan, program, execute and evaluate the maintenance of distribution networks.
According to the methodology used, initially we proceed with a review of the Cooperative, which includes its history, productive activity, mission, vision, values and strategic objectives, in addition, defining the objectives set to remedy the current situation.
Next, we proceed to diagnose the level at which the maintenance of distribution networks is currently found, by means of the tool "Asset Management, Operational, Reability and Maintenance, Survey", supported by the evaluation methodology "Maintenance Word Class” .Both proposals designed by the engineers Parra and Crespo (2017), with which it was possible to determine the level of maturity in
which the department is currently in. In addition, this will work as a starting point for the development of the rest of the proposal.
Then, using the Pareto Diagrams, we proceed to verify which are the branches, levels and critical causes within the Cooperative, which generate a great amount of disturbances to the power distribution network, with the objective of focusing efforts of maintenance at critical points.
As a fourth point, routine maintenance actions are proposed for low impact equipment, to which a maintenance plan based on inspection procedures could be applied, since currently the Cooperative does not have any proper established procedure.
The fifth point, proposes the design of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) worksheets, by means of the Failures Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) tool, for the high impact teams in charge of the Distribution Department. Energy.
Finally, a Maintenance Management Model based on an Integral Scorecard is proposed, which aligns the objectives, mission, vision and corporate strategy with those of the Energy Distribution Department, which also provides the necessary steps and tools to the diagnosis, planning, execution, control and feedback of the activities carried out, so that in this way, the model functions as a tool for the continuous improvement of the maintenance processes to the distribution networks.||es
