Abstract

The present proposal of the graduation project has as a general objective the preparation of a guide for the administration of the scope, time and cost of the construction projects of the organization Desarrollos Mega, under the practices of the professional management of projects, because Nowadays, the company aims to develop condominium-type works under the horizontal property regime, however it does not present a culture, nor tools, nor methodologies that allow building their projects under a professional framework. The methodology was based on the realization of diagnoses of how the organization, at present, the management of the scope, the cost and the time of the works, the investigation and the identification of the good practices of the aspects related to the administration of projects. , in the generation of opportunities for improvement or plans of action, in the design of proposals, templates and in the approach of the form of how it can be implemented in the guide of the company. The results achieved in the development and implementation of the configuration described in the professional project management project, so that they are interested in the project of the organization, are easily integrated as the mentioned areas are professionally managed.
