Quality management and the implementation of project management in construction companies are key for success, since it proves that the industry can generate products and / or services that meet customer requirements. However, it is necessary to build culture of quality in the organization, including all the coworkers and the management team. This project must be kept under constant study and updating. Therefore, the objective of this paper, consists in the process of control & monitoring of the application of the 8P02 Projects and Adequacy of Spaces Procedure and PMBOK Guide, which belongs to the integrated quality management system of Los Arallanes S.A. Due the necessity of the engineering department, to evaluate its efficiency and the conformity of the processes regarding the procedure. The ISO 9001: 2015 standard was studied, the 8P02 Project and adaptation of spaces and the PMBOK Guide, the data of the assigned construction projects was analyzed, those projects were followed up and informal interviews were carried out with key personnel. . A total of 91 non-compliances regarding forms was identified, the absence of a record of non-compliant departures and non-conformities, concluding that the procedure required modifications, which were created and a proposal for the new procedure was presented.
