Rediseño de la interacción e interfaz gráfica para el registro y navegación principal del Portal Contribuyente del sistema de Administración Tributaria Virtual del Ministerio de Hacienda

Abstract

Los problemas de recaudación tributaria han afectado la economía del Gobierno costarricense durante décadas. Por esto, para finales del 2018 el Ministerio de Hacienda obliga a todas las personas físicas o jurídicas con una actividad económica a facturar por medio de su nueva plataforma, el Portal Contribuyente, que forma parte del sistema de Administración Tributaria Virtual. La intención de este portal es captar todas las facturas de cada contribuyente para que el Ministerio conozca el total que cada persona debe de pagar de impuestos.Desde la salida del sistema de Administración Tributaria Virtual, casi todos los involucrados con la facturación en el país han presentado sus molestias con el sitio. Estos son ocasionados debido a la falta del estudio de los contribuyentes en el país para desarrollar una interfaz que cumpla con sus necesidades.

Tax collection problems have affected the economic of the Costa Rican government for decades. For this reason, by the end of 2018 the Ministry of Finance obliges all natural or legal persons with an economic activity to invoice through its new platform, the Portal Contribuyente that is part of the Administración Tributaria Virtual system. The intention of this portal is to capture all the invoices of each taxpayer so that the Ministry knows the total that each person must pay taxes.Since the departure of the Administración Tributaria Virtual system, almost everyone involved with the billing in the country has presented their inconvenience with the site. These are caused due to the lack of study of taxpayers in the country to develop an interface that meets their needs.
