dc.description	The scientific discourse of Education is disseminated primarily through written genres and the research article is a fundamental one. This study is based on the theory of the superstructural sections of these discourse genres. Its purpose has been to contribute to a characterization of aspects of academic writing and publication in a very relevant area of knowledge, Education, in two Latin American countries. The objective of the examine, descriptive, exploratory and non-experimental was to analyze structurally and rhetorically a set of 52 research articles of this discipline in refereed journals from Colombiaand Venezuela. The superstructural sections of the articles were analyzed in order to find out how these texts conform to an official or institutional rhetoric of science. Results show that the research articles analyzed tend to adapt to the official rhetoric, albeit only partially. However, texts dealing with historical topics almost always move away from the canonical schematization of such rhetoric. These results could be due to characteristics of the discipline of education, humanistic and interdisciplinary in nature, to historical and philosophical traditions, as well as to the context of the production of texts, that is, the Latin American critical university, with its particular problems.	en-US
dc.description	El discurso científico de la Educación se transmite, en su mayoría, mediante géneros escritos. El artículo de investigación es uno fundamental. Este estudio se basa en la teoría de las superestructuras de dichos géneros del discurso. Tiene como propósito contribuir a caracterizar aspectos de la escritura y la publicación en un área muy relevante del saber, como la Educación, en dos países hispanoamericanos. El objetivo del trabajo, descriptivo, exploratorio, no experimental fue analizar estructural y retóricamente un conjunto de 52 artículos de investigación de dichadisciplina en revistas de Colombia y Venezuela. Se analizaron las secciones superestructurales de los artículos con la finalidad de conocer de qué manera se ajustan estos textos a una retórica oficial o institucional de la ciencia. Los resultados indican que los artículos de investigación analizados buscan, en general, acercarse a dicha retórica oficial, pero lo logran parcialmente. Sin embargo, los textos de tópicos históricos casi siempre se alejan de la esquematización canónica de dicha retórica. Tales resultados podrían deberse a rasgos de la disciplina de la educación, humanística e interdisciplinaria, a las temáticas histórico-filosóficas, así como al marco de producción de los textos, esto es, la universidad crítica latinoamericana, con su problemática particular.	es-ES
