Plan de gestión de proyecto para la solución de aguas en la propiedad de la Subestación Eléctrica Tejar

Abstract

The Junta Administrativa del Servicio Eléctrico Municipal de Cartago (JASEC), was constituted with the purpose of administering the electrical company of the Municipality of Cartago in 1964. It is authorized for the development and the joint work operation and services of electrical generation and to subscribe agreements of cooperation, investment and combined-arms operation with national organizations and public companies for the benefit of complementary services of its activities. The Project of the Solution of Waters is a complementary civil construction site to Electrical Substation to tile, framed in a commercial relation with ICE for the development of Substation. This Project will allow solving the affectation that produces the superficial waters that converge in the property, cause by Quebrada Sin Nombre and waters of run-off, allowing a better advantage of the JASEC property, a securing of the operatively of Substation and generating a contribution to the community. In JASEC the project management form was formalized by means of the certification of the company like ISO-9001 in June of the 2011. As a result of this process a procedure for the management of the projects is created denominated Procedure 6P09 for the Administration of Projects of Investment, which establishes the actions to plan, to verify and to validate the formulation and development of investment projects. In fulfillment of this initiative a Plan of Management of Projects for stage of Construction is developed, proactively and professional administration will allow, from contract administrator perspective. The Project of Graduation consists of making a present situation analysis, defining the processes, tools and techniques to finally elaborate the plans of management by Area of the Knowledge according to the PMBOK® and in the application to the case of study. This work allowed to develop a Plan of Management of Project applied to the Areas of the Knowledge of Integration, Reach, Cost, Time, Communication and Risk, establishing as well tools for the quality areas, human resources and procurement. This initiative will allow to the Unidad Ejecutora office of JASEC, to have a reference to elaborate Plans of Management on the future, emphasizing that this Plan obeys to an application of a real project to being implemented in the short term.
