Plan de Gestión de Proyecto para el Túnel de Desvío del Río Pirrís

Abstract

The directed professional practice consisted of generating a Plan of Management with a project for the deflection of Pirrís river in the Hydroelectric Project Pirrís, (ICE), by means of a tunnel. This plan consists of being a tool that guides the execution and control, effective ensure communications and establishes the criteria to measure the performance of the project. The plan includes the nine areas of the knowledge, which are: administration of the reach in the project, administration of the time, management of cost, management of the quality, administration of the human resources, management of the risks, administration of the communications, administration of the acquisitions of the project and finally integration. Additionally it was managed to integrate to these nine areas, two new headings that were considered important to obtain a more complete plan of management, these are, administration of the labor security and management of the atmosphere. Also procedures for the control of changes in the plan and the process of acceptance are included when the work is finished. In order to obtain the accomplishment of the plan the tool of the administration of projects was used, which serves to us as guide fundamental to formulate as it must be the suitable development of a project.
