Plan de Gestión para el Desarrollo del Proyecto Estudio de Empleadores de las Personas Graduadas Universitarias

Abstract

A Management Plan is proposed like a resource for the Observatorio Laboral de Profesiones (OLaP) of the Consejo Nacional de Rectores (CONARE) for a professional management of the University Graduate´s Employers Study project. This project is done through an analysis of the results obtained from the survey applied to the university graduate’s employers. In order to do this planning, a Project Management body of knowledge needs be used through the Project Management Institute’s PMBoK® Guide, adapted to the institutional structure and taking into account the experience accumulated in the development of studies of this same nature perform by the OLaP, which constitutes the main process assets for this project. This plan presents a detailed travel in the planning of all the necessary aspects for a correct execution, control and closing of the project, establishing scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholders so there can be an assurance in obtaining reliable and accurate data, which is going to be offered the public universities and Costa Rican society, with the purpose of generate an positive impact in the university processes the will end up contributing to the well being of the people in the country.
