In Soluciones Industriales Electromecánicas S.A, as part of their projects in the area of automation, have developed multiple works focused on energy savings and who have fulfilled their function in a satisfactory manner. One of its projects on the current agenda, is the drivers of demand for electricity to be applied on systems where electric billing collection include the category of maximum demand consumed in periods established in accordance with the critical hours of consumption. Because of the great importance which has such systems in saving, is essential to having a finished product that can be offered to the public and with which to compete in the current market of energy saving and automation. For the above reasons, the project is focused on the creation of a maximum power demand controller model, where there is a basis of the project in terms of the equipment to be used, the respective programming and requiring only small adjustments for each possible scenario, depending on the amount of equipment to control and characteristics of these. To be a model, the main finish pursued is that at each facility they have to make the fewest possible changes to the programming of equipment, therefore used a strong programming in the main equipment so that, through a screen of the user interface, can be entered with the configuration data. As for the connection of equipment and system in general is a manual that provides guidance so that there is a standardization of the product. To the end product is installed to control the maximum demand in the Club House of a residential located in the capital, checking its functionality.
