dc.description.abstractThe general objective of this project is to propose a digital marketing plan for the company Elete Trades, in order to achieve the Trades branding in the market, as well as identify digital needs and the most used digital media at the corporate level. Due to the nature of the study, a design of exploratory and descriptive type was implemented to develop the digital marketing. It was used a finite population which were affiliated to the Chamber of Foreign Trade. The research technique implemented was a survey applied to the managers of companies affiliated to that chamber. Through the survey the necessary information was collected to achieve the proposed objectives. At the end of the project it was possible to know the digital needs of the companies, which is the market segment to which the company Elete Trades is focused on. It was possible to develop the tactics, metrics, a schedule and a budget with the activities that should be develop for the implementation of the proposed digital marketing plan for the company.es
