In recent years, the new technological tools of information and communication have generated a significant change in the way people interact in the business area. The use of the internet has grown exponentially and it is almost mandatory for any company to have a space on the network. The outdated information that diverse customers receive about the liquor and grocery store San Ramón S.A .; causes mishaps and dissatisfaction when making purchases. The solution proposed in this document has been to develop a digital tool that provides updated information to customers when making purchases, through the application of theoretical aspects such as design principles, user experience, interaction design, usability and a methodology for analysis and design of software tools. The final design proposal allows the user to have access to the information they need to make purchases efficiently and satisfactorily; It also reduces the need for customers to move to the point of sale to make purchases and contributes to the control of the actual stocks of all products, because it presses in a certain way to keep the inventory updated.
