Abstract
Gracias a los avances de la ciencia y tecnología trae como consecuencia la producción de alimentos transgénicos. EL presente artículo demuestra que una empresa creada en los Estados Unidos llamada “AquaBounty”, busca enseñar genética con sistemas de acuicultura. Busca impulsar un método más responsable y sostenible del crecimiento del salmón en el Atlántico. Se descubrió que el crecimiento más activo de un salmón se puede dar gracias a hormonas y un interruptor genético de una proteína de anti congelamiento.
Thanks to advances in science and technology, the result is the production of transgenic foods. This article demonstrates that a company created in the United States called "AquaBounty", seeks to teach genetics with aquaculture systems. It seeks to promote a more responsible and sustainable method of salmon growth in the Atlantic. It was discovered that the most active growth of a salmon can be given thanks to hormones and a genetic switch of an antifreeze protein.
