Abstract

The following report presents a proposal of improvement to the administration and use of the materials in the construction Company Adelante Desarrollos S.A. We choose three types of housing as an object of study, which belong to the San Ignacio condominium The information that was gathered during the development of this project was the basis for identifying the causes resulting in the lack of control with the handling of the materials. For this was a diagnosis of conditions that includes the company through surveys, diagrams and constant field visits. Similarly, created packages for three types of House and by activity, which were performed according to the interest of the company. It was found as a result of this study the importance of good planning, prior to the construction of the work and give you a good follow-up on their implementation. Finally, held a series of recommendations the purpose of standardize the management of materials in future projects.
