Abstract
Las generaciones Millennial y Z se encuentran ante desafíos económicos que les
dificultan alcanzar sus metas financieras, siendo la escasez de fuentes de información
en este ámbito uno de los factores que contribuye a esta problemática. En este
contexto, el propósito de este proyecto es diseñar la interfaz gráfica de una
aplicación móvil que servirá como proveedora de conocimientos en el área de
finanzas, dirigida a la generación Millennial y Z. Para lograr este objetivo, se seguirá
una serie de pasos establecidos bajo la metodología de análisis y diseño de
aplicaciones, aprovechando los conocimientos en UX/UI obtenidos a lo largo de la
carrera de Ingeniería en Diseño Industrial. También se realizará una investigación
previa donde se integrarán conocimientos del área de pedagogía y psicología
financiera. El resultado será un prototipo interactivo, digital y semi funcional que
permitirá visualizar la interfaz gráfica, ofreciendo una experiencia próxima a la de un
producto consolidado. Este proyecto demuestra el potencial transformador de las
tecnologías de software, como las aplicaciones móviles, en el contexto de los desafíos
financieros actuales para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas.
The Millennial and Z generations face economic challenges that hinder them from achieving their financial goals, with a lack of information sources in this field being one of the contributing factors to this issue. In this context, the purpose of this project is to design the graphical interface of a mobile application that will serve as a knowledge provider in the finance area, targeting the Millennial and Z generations. To achieve this goal, a series of steps will be followed under the methodology of analysis and design of applications, leveraging the knowledge in UX/UI acquired throughout the Industrial Design Engineering career. A preliminary investigation will also be conducted, integrating insights from the fields of pedagogy and financial psychology. The result will be an interactive, digital, and semi-functional prototype that will allow visualization of the graphical interface, providing an experience close to that of a consolidated product. This project demonstrates the transformative potential of software technologies, such as mobile applications, in the context of current financial challenges to enhance the quality of life for individuals.
