Gestión del patrimonio cultural intangible en los proyectos turísticos de Taselotzin en México y Stibrawpa en Costa Rica: estudio comparativo desde la perspectiva del turismo sostenible

Abstract

La siguiente investigación abordó la gestión del patrimonio cultural intangible en los proyectos turísticos de Taselotzin en México y Stibrawpa en Costa Rica: estudio comparativo desde la perspectiva del turismo sostenible. La investigación propuso analizar las condiciones sociales, culturales e históricas que influyen en la valorización del patrimonio cultural intangible en el Hotel Taselotzin en México, utilizando entrevistas como herramienta. Además, se utilizó metodologías cualitativas aplicadas a los proyectos turísticos. Destacando el trabajo de campo, mediante observación y entrevistas, proporcionaron información crucial para desarrollar estrategias de promoción y participación de los actores en el turismo cultural sostenible. Se identificó la importancia de las tradiciones orales y actividades auténticas para atraer visitantes. Los proyectos turísticos enfocan su desarrollo sostenible en la preservación de tradiciones culturales. Ambos proyectos utilizan estrategias culturales, como talleres y transmisión oral, para promover el turismo y transmitir conocimientos. La comparación entre ellos resalta la relevancia de la transmisión oral y actividades culturales en la gestión del patrimonio, ofreciendo valiosas lecciones y oportunidades de aprendizaje mutuo.The following research addressed the management of intangible cultural heritage in the tourism projects of Taselotzin in Mexico and Stibrawpa in Costa Rica: a comparative study from the perspective of sustainable tourism. The research aimed to analyze the social, cultural, and historical conditions influencing the valuation of intangible cultural heritage at Hotel Taselotzin in Mexico, using interviews as a tool. Additionally, qualitative methodologies were applied to the tourism projects, emphasizing fieldwork through observation and interviews, providing crucial information to develop strategies for promotion and stakeholder participation in sustainable cultural tourism. The importance of oral traditions and authentic activities to attract visitors was identified. The tourism projects focus their sustainable development on preserving cultural traditions. Both projects employ cultural strategies, such as workshops and oral transmission, to promote tourism and knowledge transfer. The comparison between them highlights the relevance of oral transmission and cultural activities in heritage management, offering valuable lessons and opportunities for mutual learning.
