Propuesta de diseño de un dispositivo médico para facilitar el uso del drenaje biliar después de una cirugía invasiva en el aparato digestivo

Abstract

Development of a design proposal, to solve a need detected from the user experience of a Costa Rican family, when one of its members had to undergo a surgery in the digestive system, and that after hospital discharge should be used of an invasive device, called biliary drainage, for recovery. For the development of this proposal, two methodologies of design, strategic design and design thinking were applied, in order to obtain an integral product, where both the user and the product environment were important in the development.
