Abstract
Con el fin de garantizar la distribución de presupuestos
anuales a nivel nacional por institución hospitalaria, la
Caja Costarricense del Seguro Social (CCSS) pone a
disposición un plazo de tiempo definido en cuál cada una
de sus instituciones adjuntas debe de presentar un plan
presupuestario compuesto por formulaciones.
Como respuesta a la necesidad de recolectar dichas
formulaciones dentro de los distintos servicios del
Hospital Max Peralta, su Centro de Gestión Informática
(CGI) crea una plataforma denominada SIFO.
Al contar con periodos de tiempo limitados y grandes
cantidades de servicios involucrados se comprende la
necesidad de una plataforma que responda a las
necesidades de éstos, por medio de la mejora de la
experiencia de usuario, y de la interfaz gráfica actual.
Además, basado en análisis se identifican oportunidades
de mejora en términos de nomenclatura y jerarquización
de los contenidos actuales de la herramienta con el fin de
garantizar un uso rápido y efectivo de la misma.
In order to guarantee the distribution of the anual budget between the different health institutions, the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) sets a defined time frame to which all of its attached institutions must generate a budget plan made up of formulations. As response of the necessity of collecting said formulations between the different services inside the Max Peralta Hospital, their Computing Management Center (CGI) created a platform called SIFO. Since it counts with different limited time periods and a great amount of servicies involved, the necessity of a platform that responds to their individual necessities by the improvement of the user experience and their current graphic interface is identified. Besides, based on analysis, improvement opportunities are identified in terms of nomenclature and hierarchy of the actual tool, with the goal of guaranteeing a faster and effective usage of itself.
