Abstract
En el presente proyecto, el turismo rural es uno de los enfoques teóricos más destacados, ya
que es la zona de incidencia donde se localiza el emprendimiento en estudio. El objetivo del
mismo, se orientó en asesorar a los dueños de la finca Villa de Luz, a través de
recomendaciones para mejorar y gestionar el servicio al cliente y la operación de la empresa
de una manera eficaz y de buena calidad. Para ello se utilizaron los formularios de
categorización de la declaratoria turística que brinda el ICT para actividades temáticas. Para
llevar a cabo esta asesoría se realizó una investigación cualitativa, de tipo exploratorio. El
proyecto estuvo dividido en tres etapas en las que se hicieron tres visitas al lugar para la
recolección de la información implementando la observación participante, el cuestionario, la
entrevista semi estructurada como fuentes primarias y el análisis documental como fuentes
secundarias, con el fin de mejorar la gestión del emprendimiento y potenciar el producto
turístico de la Finca Villa de Luz.
In this project, rural tourism is one of the most outstanding theoretical approaches, since it is the area of incidence where the enterprise under study is located. Its objective was to advise the owners of the Villa de Luz farm, through recommendations to improve and manage customer service and the operation of the company in an efficient and good quality manner. For this, the categorization forms of the tourist declaration provided by the ICT for thematic activities were used. In order to carry out this consultancy, a qualitative investigation was carried out, of exploratory type. The project was divided into three stages in which three visits were made to the site for the collection of information by implementing the participant observation, the questionnaire, the semi-structured interview as primary sources and the documentary analysis as secondary sources in order to improve the Entrepreneurship management and enhance the tourism product of the Villa de Luz Estate.
