Abstract
empresas.
The Sales, Projects, and Financial departments currently in WINIT present a problem of disintegration of information used throughout the execution of the processes. The information obtained in each process is not shared in an integrated manner, which has caused each department to have its own information in documents that are not updated or standardized. Rework is one of the consequences that this disintegration has generated; each department must collect information that was previously obtained in another process instead of requesting or consulting it. According to WINIT collaborators, the ambiguity of the information is high; since there are silos of information, it is not known which is the most up to date. Investigating further, the need to document business processes is identified; the existing documentation is outdated, without a standard and has not been formally approved. The documentation of the processes is a fundamental aspect that must be carried out since it is a guide and support for each activity that must be carried out to execute each process. This Final Graduation Project proposes to automate information management in business processes through the implementation of an ERP tool called Odoo. This system will allow the integration of information between the various departments. With the completion of this project, the aim is not only to implement the system but also to standardize and update the documentation of the business processes once the integration with the use of the system is carried out. ERP systems provide companies with an opportunity to automate and improve the activities carried out in the companies' business processes.
