Abstract

It was proposed to develop an intelligent solution capable of speeding up the transmission of information between visitors and administrators so that they can even react quickly to emergencies or other incidents that occur within the national parks. In this context, there is a need to design an electronic device capable of keeping in touch with visitors in an autonomous way to prevent these users from not being part of the park data managed by the administrators. The idea was to create a product that normally does not require direct interaction from the visitor to function, but in case it does, has a simple physical interface that facilitates the user to use it when he/she needs it the most. The project validates each of the components of the development through usability, perception and ergonomics tests, seeking to ensure the best comfort for national park visitors and their activities while distributing all the necessary information to the managing bodies
