Plan de Gestión de Calidad en el Proyecto Aporte la Flor del Proyecto Hidroeléctrico Toro 3 utilizando la guía PMI

Abstract

The present paper was performed under the Directed Professional Practice mode to opt for a Degree in Construction Engineering. The project was developed in Proyecto Toro 3 ICE, in the construction of the Aporte La Flor, which is one of the three Aportes that were considered to build in this place P.H. The project main objective was the creation of a quality management plan that involves groups of planning, execution, and control and monitoring for the project Aporte La Flor P.H. Toro 3 in order to provide a basis for quality control of the two Aportes that will be building further under the guidance of PMI project managements. This project has been done based on the Project Management Guide (PMBOK) in Chapter 8, Quality Management Project, and also completed with the ISO 9000 and ISO 9001-2008 certifiable standard. It developed a Quality Control Guide from the Management Plan that was created for the construction of the Aporte based on the construction processes of the work.
