Propuesta de una Metodología para la Administración de Proyectos de Conservación Vial de CONAVI

Abstract

This project provides a road conservation project management methodology for the Consejo Nacional de Vialidad (CONAVI). It provides tools, formats and templates to ease the management of road maintenance projects, and offers an implementation strategy. The Project Management Methodology was developed from a diagnosis based on criteria of successful professionals and experts involved in such projects, this in order to filter out those practices and tools that could be useful or marked difference in the processes management to achieve success of the project. This project gives a process-based methodology comprised of the basic phases of a project, detailed through flowcharts and uses tools that can facilitate such process. It also proposes a strategy the implementation of the methodology, to be executed in defined terms.
