Abstract
La investigación educativa busca analizar los factores que intervienen en la
formación de habilidades duras y blandas en estudiantes de ingeniería industrial, a
partir de contenidos temáticos asociados a conceptos electromecánicos y principios
fisicomatemáticos, como referencia para el diseño de un entorno virtual de
aprendizaje que incorpore recursos como videotutoriales y guías didácticas que
sirvan de apoyo al proceso de enseñanza.
La investigación educativa es de tipo cualitativo y corte descriptivo, basada
en la teoría fundamentada para analizar los datos obtenidos a partir de la aplicación
de instrumentos de opinión y los referentes teóricos asumidos.
A nivel operativo y metodológico la investigación ajusta sus alcances a partir
de categorías que indagan la perspectiva de estudiantes y profesores para proponer
acciones de innovación educativa.
Educational research seeks to analyze the factors involved in the formation of hard and soft skills in industrial engineering students, based on thematic associated with electromechanical concepts and physical-mathematical principles, as a reference for the design of a virtual learning environment that incorporate resources such as video tutorials and teaching guides that support the teaching process. Educational research is qualitative and descriptive, based on grounded theory for analyzing the data obtained from the application of opinion instruments and the theoretical references assumed. At the operational and methodological level, research adjusts its scope based on categories that investigate the perspective of students and teachers to propose educational innovation actions.
