Análisis de la planta turística a nivel de hospedaje y gastronomía en la comunidad de San Gerardo de Dota entre agosto y diciembre del 2021

Abstract

La presente formulación del proyecto tiene como finalidad estructurar un análisis de la planta turística a nivel de hospedaje y gastronomía en la comunidad de San Gerardo de Dota, Costa Rica, durante los meses de agosto a diciembre del 2021. El proyecto de investigación se desarrolla a partir de criterios establecidos en la Declaración Turística del Instituto Costarricense de Turismo y se basa en una metodología de enfoque meramente cualitativo de tipo descriptivo. Primero lo que se plantea es identificar la oferta turística real a nivel de hospedaje y gastronomía en San Gerardo, luego se busca determinar los requisitos legales, técnicos y económicos de las empresas y emprendimientos de actividades gastronómicas como de hospedaje de la comunidad y por último, se examina la oferta turística potencial de acuerdo con los criterios de la Declaración Turística. Para la realización de la investigación, es necesaria la utilización de técnicas como el uso de entrevistas aplicadas en el campo, estas tienen que ser tipo estructuradas como semiestructuradas y también búsqueda de bibliografía con la finalidad de obtener información necesaria para hacer un análisis de la planta turística.The actual project formulation has the finality of structuring a touristic plant analysis on a hospitality and gastronomic level, in the community of San Gerardo de Dota, Costa Rica, during the months of august and November of 2021. This investigation project is developed from the criteria stablished by the “Declaratoria Turística” from the Costa Rica Tourism Board (ICT) and is based on a completely qualitative and descriptive methodology. What is firstly planed is the identification of the “real touristic offer” to the hospitality and gastronomic level in San Gerardo, later is needed to develop the legal, technic, and economic requirements of the companies and entrepreneurships of the hospitality and gastronomic activities of the community, and finally, is necessary to examine the “potential touristic offer” according to the “Declaratoria turistica” criteria. For the realization of the investigation is necessary the use of technics like interviews applied in the field, these must be structured and semi structured, and also is important the use of bibliography for obtaining information that is necessary for making an analysis of the touristic plant in San Gerardo.
