Abstract
Esta investigación nace para ofrecer una solución ante la poca producción de Material Didáctico
en el Núcleo de la Industria Gráfica del INA. Esta carencia se generó aproximadamente desde
hace diez años, cuando este material se dejó de producir casi por completo.
El objeto de estudio presenta una naturaleza mixta y se propone como posible solución ante el
problema detectado, es cuantitativa y cualitativa debido a que se realiza un análisis de variables
de ambas índoles.
A partir de las variables definidas se elaboraron tres cuestionarios, una guía para identificar la
situación en la que se encuentra el material, una entrevista semiestructurada y adicionalmente; se
realizó una revisión al manual de puestos, con el propósito de encontrar las respuestas. El fin
encontrar el comportamiento; una vez conocida la situación se procede con el análisis de los
resultados, estos se hicieron utilizando procesadores de texto como Word, y hojas de cálculo
como Excel, además se estudió de manera cualitativa cada una de las preguntas que se
establecieron en los instrumentos. Posteriormente, conocidos los resultados de cada una de las
variables, se identificó que existe la necesidad de elaborar una propuesta para la creación de la
comunidad virtual; esta permitirá a los instructores del Núcleo de la Industria Gráfica del INA
trabajar de manera colaborativa y poder homologar y validar al mismo tiempo la elaboración del
material didáctico en cada uno de los treinta y dos módulos que actualmente no cuentan con este.
La formación en el INA se concreta mediante la formación modularizada, lo que significa que
toda la currícula se organiza de esta forma. Finalmente, se procedió a elaborar las conclusiones y
recomendaciones de la presente investigación.

Es importante indicar que el proceso de elaborar material didáctico debe estar en constante
revisión ya que este se convierte en el material de consulta tanto del instructor como del
estudiante, siendo para este último, un factor importante que le genera un discurso técnico en su
proceso de formación. Por ello que la comunidad virtual no solamente permitirá la producción de
material didáctico, sino que además es una nueva forma de trabajo colaborativo mediante el uso
de las TIC, para el beneficio de los instructores y de los estudiantes
This investigation was thinking to offer a solution to face the lack of didactic material in the in the Núcleo de la Industria Gráfica del INA. This lack was generated for ten years ago approximately, when this material was stopped producing almost completely. The objective of this investigation is mixed because it involves quantitative and qualitative data. It proposes an answer to the problem. From the definite variables, three questionnaires were elaborated, a guide to identify the material situation a semi structured interview, plus there was a review of the positions manual, all above to find the answers. The end to find this investigation, it is to find the behavior once knowns the situation we proceed whit the analysis the result, these were done using text processors suck as, Word, Excel otherwise, each of the questions were study in a qualitative way that were stablish in the instruments. Later on, known the results of each of the variables, it was identified that there exists the need to elaborate an offer for the creation of the virtual community; INA will allow to the Núcleo de la Industria Gráfica’s teachers to work and to be able to authorize and validated at the same time the didactic material in each of the thirty-two courses in a program. INA education is made up of stages which means that the all curricula organize of this way. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this investigation were done. It is important to indicate that the process of elaborating didactic material must be in constant review since this one turns into the material consultation both teacher and the student, being for the last one, an important factor that generates a technical speech of his formation process. For these, the virtual iv community not only will allow the production of didactic material, getting the benefits of using TIC for the teacher and students.
