Guía metodológica para proyectos de condominios horizontales aplicando la Guía del PMBOK

Abstract

The methodology guide for horizontal condominiums in a document in which the life cycle of the project, the management process and the assessments are necessary for the execution of the horizontal condominiums, but more specifically for the lots of condominiums. In this one a researching synthesis was developed and was about relevant aspects of the life cycle; for the management of the project the majority of the opinion was asked to the direction of the projects (PMBOK guide), here was developed the process in the areas of knowledge exchange, cost, time, risk and integration. In the other hand in the assessments the opinion was asked to the official portal of the government of Costa Rica in the processing section for construction to recopilate and structured the requirements and guidelines of inspection from the institutions in charge of the revision. Already development this recommendations the life cycle can be defined and characterized, make the default templates for the management of the project and for evaluate the assessments for the civil engineering work, which the final methodological guide for the horizontal condominiums, with the purpose of being a developer project and to have the notion of the process, risks and guidelines for the execution of this type of work.
