Abstract
CoopeTarrazú R.L es una cooperativa de la Zona
Cafetalera de los Santos ubicada en el cantón de Tarrazú
que se dedica a la producción, beneficiado y
comercialización de uno de los cafés más reconocidos en
Costa Rica y en el mundo. Ofrece diferentes marcas de
productos y subproductos de café de alta calidad y
producidos sosteniblemente. Estos productos son
interesantes para las personas que ya saben de ellos, pero
desconocidos para muchos otros vecinos de la zona.
Debido a este desconocimiento, se busca exponer dichos
productos y sus marcas, por medio de recetas culinarias
en las que sean empleados como uno de los ingredientes,
para de esta manera dar a conocerlos y propiciar su
adquisición y utilización de una manera llamativa y
entretenida.
Es por esta razón que, con este proyecto se pretende
diseñar una herramienta digital que ofrezca una
compilación de recetas basadas en los productos de la
cooperativa, que tenga enfoque en el usuario y que se
adapte a sus necesidades de manera que les permita
realizar las recetas correctamente, además de obtener
información importante de una manera intuitiva, ordenada
y clara y que respondan a una correcta usabilidad e
interacción.
En este documento se muestra y se explica
detalladamente el planteamiento y el desarrollo de las
herramientas, pruebas de usabilidad, análisis y las
decisiones tomadas a lo largo de las etapas del proyecto,
para lograr satisfacer las necesidades identificadas
mediante una estructuración de la información adecuada,
así como una interfaz que permita flujos óptimos de
navegación y responda a los principios de diseño centrado
en el usuario y usabilidad, y que además genere una
buena experiencia en los usuarios.
CoopeTarrazú R.L. is a cooperative of the Zona Cafetalera de los Santos located in the canton of Tarrazú that is dedicated to the production, processing and marketing of one of the most recognized coffees in Costa Rica and the world. It offers different brands of high quality and sustainably produced coffee products and by-products. These products are interesting for people who already know about them, but unknown to many other neighbors in the area. Due to this lack of knowledge, the intention is to expose these products and their brands, through culinary recipes in which they are used as one of the ingredients, in order to make them known and promote their acquisition and use in a striking and entertaining way. It is for this reason that this project pretends to design a digital tool that offers a compilation of recipes based on the products of the cooperative, with a focus on the user and adapted to their needs so that they can make the recipes correctly, in addition to obtaining important information in an intuitive, orderly and clear way and that respond to a correct usability and interaction. This document shows and explains in detail the approach and development of the tools, usability tests, analysis and decisions taken throughout the stages of the project, to meet the needs identified by structuring the information appropriately, as well as an interface that allows optimal navigation flows and responds to the principles of user centered design and usability, and also generates a good user experience.
