Abstract
En este estudio, se investigaron los efectos de una probiótico con acción
enzimática (Rumino-Zyme®), con alta actividad de xilanasa, sobre la producción de
leche y la puntuación de condición corporal en vacas lecheras. La aplicación del
probiótico enzimático fibrolítica, a una dosis de 20 g/día por animal, resultó en un
aumento promedio de de 1,6 kg en la producción de leche por vaca, observado
alrededor de los 15 días posteriores a la aplicación. La suplementación con esta
enzima fibrolítica exógena tiene la capacidad de mejorar la degradación de la fibra,
estimular el crecimiento de bacterias que consumen ácido láctico y, por ende,
aumentar el pH ruminal. Como resultado de un metabolismo energético más
equilibrado, se observó una ligera disminución en la pérdida de peso de las vacas
tratadas durante el período productivo.

The application of the fibrolitic enzymatic probiotic, at a dose of 20 g/day per animal, resulted in an average increase of 1.6 kg in milk production per cow, observed around 15 days after application. Supplementation with this exogenous fibrolitic enzyme has the capacity to improve fiber degradation, stimulate the growth of lactic acid-consuming bacteria, and consequently increase ruminal pH. As a result of a more balanced energy metabolism, a slight decrease in weight loss was observed in the treated cows during the productive period.
