Abstract

This research was done with the idea of offering the Department of Student Life and Academic Services continuous improvement through a Manual of procedures in the area of the secretariat of DEVESA Tecnologico de Costa Rica in San Carlos Regional Headquarters. This manual contains the most important and relevant information so that the charge of the area carry out its activities efficiently, also contain a description of the procedures to be performed as well as a graphical representation of each of the activities carried out in the area corresponding. To carry out this Procedures Manual a series of methodologies will be used to obtain the necessary information such as interviews, direct observation and the method further hexameter Quintilian be used, all to achieve the objective of the research and offer the department DEVESA a guide to the work developed in aforementioned area.
