Abstract

The main objective of this project was to design a procedures’ manual for the administrative manager of thematic areas for the work structure at each strategic axes of Business Link, Continuous Education and Technology Transfer at Centro de Transferencia Tecnológica y Educación Continua. This project was descriptive because we have to know and detail about the way to work in different areas of CTEC. Among the methodological tools used for obtaining information was a questionnaire, this was used to do the interview to some subjects. In addition, to the analysis of each of the procedures it was performed through the technique of Hexagon Quintilian. This investigation allowed to develop a procedures’ manual with various processes that take place in the three strategic areas that are working in the CTEC, these are targeted for administrative managers of the thematic areas. These processes are properly analyzed documents and streamline processes allowing areas.
